Maylyn's products distribution policies:

I Maylyn provides the same price in national-wide and runs in unique regional agent mood.
II We only accept delivery after paid，Pay by Cash、Checque、TT, delivered fees are not paid by Maylyn.
III Special bonus for monthly and yearly sales
1) Sales above 100,000 RMB monthly，1000,000 RMB yearly, will get 1% additional bonus.
2) Sales above 200,000 RMB monthly，2000,000 RMB yearly, will get 2% additional bonus.
3) By Analog, but the bonus will be no more than than 5%，monthly bonus will get paid at the end of that month，yearly bonus will be paid at the begining of next year，paid by products with the same value.
IV Mayly will pay for advertisement fees based on distributorssales，the invoice and contract of advertisement related must be provided，the quality will be no more than 3% of yearly sales( Paid at the end of year)
V Any products unsalable,after agreement, Maylyn providea subtitution with the same value. (Delivery fees paid by customer, products should be well packaged.)
VI Any quality issues with our products, we will replace the products asap. All fees will be paid by Maylyn。
